| When will my order be shipped? |
Our Shipping Department hours are:
Monday- Friday 8am-4pm EST
Most orders ship 1-2 business days after the order has been received. Orders to Post Office Boxes may take at least one extra day to leave our warehouse.
Orders with pre-ordered new releases will ship on the Monday prior to the release date. Please note that if you order additional titles with your pre-order, they will all ship together on the Monday prior to the release date of the pre-ordered title. This is necessary to help us keep our shipping rates as low as possible.
Please Note: The Rounder warehouse is generally closed for year end inventory between Christmas and New Years.

Standard shipping will be by UPS Ground. Please allow 2 - 7 days delivery time.
Free standard shipping for orders over $40.00.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR
$20.00 per order. Phone orders received in the Burlington, MA call center by 12:00pm can be shipped same day to arrive the next business day. All other orders will ship within 24 hours (and arrive the next business day after that.)
UPS SECOND DAY AIR
$10.00 per order. Phone orders received in the Burlington, MA call center by 12:00pm
can be shipped same day to arrive in two business days. All other orders will ship within 24 hours (and arrive two business days after that.)

| Can you check the status of your order online? |
Yes. Go to www.rounderstore.com and click on My Account. Log in with your user name and password and choose the time period you would like to search. |
| Does Rounder ship orders internationally? |
Yes we do. Canadian Customers: You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank draft or postal money order in U.S. funds. We will accept Canadian personal checks if you have a US Dollars account.
Other International Customers: You may pay in U.S. funds by International Money Orders or bank draft drawn on a US bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express also accepted.
International shipping rates are as follows (all in U.S.$):
If your order total is $1.00 - $50.00, freight is $8.50
$51.00 - $100.00 = $14.50
$101.00 - 150.00 = $22.50
$151.00 - 200.00 = $29.50
$201.00+ = $38.00

The storewide Bluegrass Month Sale pricing expires May 31, 2008. Some titles may sell out and become temporarily or permanently unavailable. Create an account through the Rounder Store to make all your future purchases easier. Fill out all your information once and then simply log in and all your information will be there, saving you the time of filling it out with each order you make. | What should I do if I’m moving? |
If you’re moving to new digs, please notify us as soon as convenient. Provide us with your new and former addresses so we can update our records, ensuring you continued service. Please note that address change requests can sometimes take one issue to cycle through. |

Your customer code appears on invoices, picking tickets, and mailing labels on the Roundup catalog. Please have this code handy when ordering by phone. If you order by mail or fax, please write you customer code on order forms, checks, and money orders; it will help us expedite orders. Thanks! |

The best way to make sure your message to info@rounder.com gets read is to be very specific in the subject line (such Best of Rounder CD question, or Order 401010 Inquiry). Even the best spam filters don’t always get everything so we immediately delete messages with blank subject lines, or the ones that say “Read Me,” “Respond Now,” “Business Opportunity” or other such spammer favorites. |
